Yearly Replacement Of The Kiswa ( Covering ) of the Holy Ka'aba 1433

Kiswah is the cloth that covers the Kaaba in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. It is draped annually on the 9th day of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, the day pilgrims leave for the plains of Mount Arafat during the Hajj.

Following pictures have been taken during the final stage of the replacement of the Kiswa. (Pictures taken today on 09/12/1433 (25/10/2012).
